Delivery

The delivery methods are:

  • Fan Courier - Free
  • DPD - package check - 15 ron

 

Returns

If the size of the ordered products does not fit or you simply changed your mind, you have 14 calendar days to return or exchange the ordered products. The exchange can only be made if the desired product for exchange has at least the same value as the one originally purchased. Before registering a return, please read carefully the instructions regarding the return procedure. More information can be found on the Terms and Conditions page . Registering a return by phone, by email or by other means assumes that the person has read and agrees with the terms and conditions of the www.outsole.ro website.

  1. The product must be accompanied by the original packaging, accessories.
  2. The product must be new, unworn, in the same condition in which it was received, with the "OUTSOLE VERIFIED AUTHENTIC" authenticity tag attached. The product must be in the condition in which you received it, not damaged and showing no signs of wear or use (such as creases, traces of dust on the outer or inner sole, etc.). Products showing signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
  3. Please pack the product with the original packaging and all its accessories in the cardboard box for delivery received from us or in another cardboard box before sealing it with adhesive tape. We will not accept products that have adhesive tape stuck directly on the original packaging or products that have only been placed in a bag or paper.
  4. The return form can be downloaded here . It must be filled in completely and placed in the box. The lack of the form will lead to delays in processing your return.
  5. The cost of the return will be paid by the customer. 
  6. The value of the returned products will be reimbursed by bank transfer after receiving the return and checking the products, a process that can take up to 14 working days.

Return requests will be sent through the contact form or by email to info@outsole.ro. If a return is not accepted, the customer will have to pay the round-trip shipping costs.
