5. Purchase procedure

          To buy and take possession of the products offered for sale on www.outsole.ro it is necessary to go through the following steps: - identifying and choosing the products - going through the checkout system and completing personal data. Payment is made by cash on delivery, online with the card or by bank transfer/payment order, under the conditions regulated in Chapter VII, and the final cost will include the price of the ordered product including VAT and, if applicable, the price of the green stamp, in accordance with the provisions of HG 448 /2005. 6. Sales policy

6.1. pRICE

6.4. Product availability

SC OUTSOLE SRL reserves the right to cancel any order for various reasons: product not available in stock, defective product, etc. SC OUTSOLE SRL does not guarantee the availability of the displayed products in stock. The maximum value of SC OUTSOLE SRL's obligations towards any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery of the purchased products is the amount collected by SC OUTSOLE SRL from the respective customer.

6.5. Authenticity of the products

          All footwear products sold on the www.outsole.ro website are authentic and in the original box received from the manufacturer. The guarantee of authenticity is provided by the invoice sent by email issued by SC OUTSOLE SRL and the seal of authenticity attached to each product.

6.6. Confirmation of product availability

          After placing the order, you will receive an automatically generated email representing the registration of the order in our system. In the shortest possible time, you will be contacted by phone or email by a www.outsole.ro representative who will inform you about the availability and delivery time of the ordered products. In certain periods, however, we reserve the right to deliver the order directly to shorten the delivery time.

6.7 Delivery of products

For products marked as available in the "Timisoara" location, the delivery term is 1-2 working days. The delivery of the products marked as available in "Exterm Warehouse" is made in 1-14 working days from the moment the order was confirmed by phone or by e-mail, to the address specified by the customer as the delivery address.

          The products are delivered by the fast courier company Fan Courier. Shipping costs 15 RON for any delivery, anywhere in the national territory within the courier's coverage area. This value may change depending on www.outsole.ro promotions (for example free delivery).

          We reserve the right to request full payment in advance or to refuse subsequent orders and deliveries for customers who do not show seriousness in taking over parcels sent following orders confirmed with our website.

  

6.8. Returning products

According to article 9 para. 1 of Government Ordinance no. 34 of June 12, 2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from contracts concluded at a distance (online), within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party named by you enters into possession product physics. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS:

  • The purchased product must be in the original packaging (please pack the product with the original packaging and all its accessories in the special cardboard box for delivery received from us or in another cardboard box before sealing it with adhesive tape - we will not accept products that have adhesive tape stuck directly on the original packaging or products that have only been placed in a bag or paper);
  • The returned product must be accompanied bythe return form ;
  • the white seal with the OUTSOLE logo and the inscription "VERIFIED AUTHENTIC" must be attached;
  • the product must be in the condition in which you received it, not damaged and showing no signs of wear or use (such as creases, traces of dust on the outer or inner sole, etc.)
  • if the product was purchased in a promotion that also includes a gift product, you must also return the gift product in its original condition;

WWW.OUTSOLE.RO is not responsible for providing or paying for shipping related to returned products. We do not cover the cost of the return, our customers must ensure the payment of the transport, the courier company through which the return is made is strictly at the choice of the customer. This may change depending on www.outsole.ro promotions (for example, free returns). If any returned product comes with a shipping charge, it will be rejected. We also recommend that you keep the proof of sending the return to us, the proof that must be issued by the courier when you hand over the package to him. The proof must contain the information about the returned package: the tracking code (AWB), the name and address of the sender. If a return is not accepted, the customer will have to pay the round-trip shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

Any item purchased from the OUTSOLE.RO store can be exchanged according to the return form with any other product available on the website. The product that needs to be changed will be sent to the OUTSOLE headquarters, it will be checked by our team on the day it arrives, and the new product will be delivered to the customer. Both transport costs will be borne by the customer. Also, the prices of the sizes for the same product may differ. In this case, the customer will have to bear the price difference.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. The above procedure is mandatory for processing product returns.

2. If the product was shipped incorrectly due to our fault, we will fully bear the costs of transportation and replacement for the respective product.

3. The exchange cost for products other than those mentioned above is charged by the courier chosen by the customer. We do not accept parcels sent by the Romanian Post.

6.9. Returning the value of the products

          The return of the consideration will be made within a legal term of a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date mentioned on the return form regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract according to OG34/2014. Reimbursement of the counter value may be postponed until the receipt of the sold product. Vouchers or promotional codes used for the initial order placement will not be renewed, as they have already been used. This paragraph does not violate consumer rights.

7. Technical errors

          We reserve the right not to honor an order if, due to a technical error, the final selling price of a product in the order is so disproportionate to the previous price of that product or to its usual market value that the price is derision We will notify the client as soon as possible about the error that occurred.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be tried first, within 30 working days from the registration of the complaint at the headquarters of SC OUTSOLE SRL.
