6.7 Delivery of products

For products marked as available in the "Timisoara" location, the delivery term is 1-2 working days. The delivery of the products marked as available in "Exterm Warehouse" is made in 1-14 working days from the moment the order was confirmed by phone or by e-mail, to the address specified by the customer as the delivery address.

          The products are delivered by the fast courier company Fan Courier. Shipping costs 15 RON for any delivery, anywhere in the national territory within the courier's coverage area. This value may change depending on promotions (for example free delivery).

6.8. Returning products

WWW.OUTSOLE.RO is not responsible for providing or paying for shipping related to returned products. We do not cover the cost of the return, our customers must ensure the payment of the transport, the courier company through which the return is made is strictly at the choice of the customer. Any item purchased from the OUTSOLE.RO store can be exchanged according to the return form with any other product available on the website.
