Are the discounts of 5%, 10% and 500 RON applied automatically?
Not! It is necessary to press the "Redeem" button next to the prize you wish to claim. You will then receive a valid discount code on our website.
How long do I have to use the points?
Points expire 365 days after they are earned. You have plenty of time to enjoy your discounts!
I have converted my points into a discount code, but have not used the code yet. When does it expire?
The discount codes generated for Outsole VIP Club members have a validity period of 365 days. Don't worry, you still have time to use it!
Where do I enter the discount code to benefit from the discount?
Like any discount code, it is entered at checkout in the dedicated field!
